HELP !!!
CHS Band Booster Fireworks Stand
NEEDS YOUR HELP
· The stand is located in the south parking lot of Southwest Plaza Shopping Center. Open from Wednesday June 24 through Sunday July 5
· Sign up for a shift (leadership should sign up for a minimum of two) Sign up on line on the website Calendar

· Adults are needed (two must be present at all times)
· Gather a group of band friends nightly and come to the tent to help load everything into storage…..the more manpower the better. This is not a difficult job but it is tiring after being in the heat all day. COME AND MAKE IT A QUICK CHORE EACH NIGHT. Plan on arriving between 9 and 9:30 and we will get the job done quickly. Participation points are given for shifts and nightly help-
· SAVE TIME AND MONEY Bring a friend, carpool. Bring water and snacks.
· THIS FUNDRAISER raises over $9000 each year. Without your help or support, your band costs will INCREASE. !!!

We are requesting as many people as possible (kids and parents) to be at the stand set-up on Tuesday (6/23) afternoon. The more people we have to set-up, the quicker it goes...maybe even as short as an hour. Right now, we don't have a specific time...Jana thinks it'll be around 12:00-ish. She and Karlene will get the firm time on Monday (6/22). Please instruct volunteers to contact Cheryl by email (cbarton15@email.com) as soon as possible.
ALSO...we need to put out a plea for a new person to be groomed to take this over next year.
We also need to ask for more parents to pick some shifts at the stand. The stand must close down for even bathroom breaks if there isn't a parent in the tent with the kids.  Sandy, Jun 12, 09 1:27 PM
It is your responsible to find a replacement if you are unable to cover a shift/s for Snack Shack and/or Fireworks.
If you need to see when you signed up go to: "Calendar" the look for "Generate Sign up Report" click on that and type in your name and the dates you need the site to search for them click on "Generate Report"
**Make sure to put in the correct dates or you might not see all your sign ups!

Everyone can now sign up for fireworks. To sign up first you must be logged in, then go to "Calendar", then click on the shift in the day you want to sign up for, then click on "Fill Slot" if you do not see "Fill Spot" that mean that shift has enough people.
Please note that we need 2 adults per shift. If you are student do not fill an "adult shift". Students also please be careful Snack Shaft shift.

The Online Calendar for Snack Shack now up to date. Couple of notes: The am shift starts at 11 am -- the school sign up sheet had it starting at 10am. The school sign up sheet has Snack Shack ending on Sept 2nd and that day marked as Labor day -- Labor day is the 7th not the 2nd. Stonegate pool will close on Labor day
To see your personal sign ups go to "Forums" and Look for "Snack Shack" under "Fundraising" . *This sheet is the one I got from Jana changes may have been made.*

In the next few day there will be a visual way to see what days still need volunteer signs ups. Making online sign ups even easier.

Snack Shack and the Fireworks Stand STILL need adult volunteers to manage these great fund raisers. These 2 summer fund raisers benefit our whole band program, please consider how you can help. Please contact Sue (for Snack Shack), or Cheryl for (Fireworks).
